Florence Obanya

A registered nurse (RN) with 45 years of experience in the healthcare industry (specifically Obstetrics and Pediatrics), Florence has served as a registered nurse and an International Lactation consultant at the Royal Alexandra Hospital in AB, Canada and the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center.

Over the course of her career in healthcare, Ms. Obanya held various nursing positions in Nigeria (Africa), The United Kingdom (Europe), Canada, and The United States (North America). She worked as a registered nurse at the King's College Hospital in London and The Children's Hospital, Westminster. She has also served as an Obstetrics and Lactation Nurse in Canada for 20 years. Additionally, she was one of the ambassadors of Lactation Consultants from the United States, Australia and Canada who visited South Africa in 2004 and Egypt in 2010.

Florence Obanya was honoured by Empire Who's Who as Professional Of The Year (2006/2007) in the Heathcare and Lactation Consultant field.

Both a registered sick children's nurse and certified midwife, Ms. Obanya holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and completed industry-related training in the United Kingdom. In addition, she received a certification in MSI-skin analyzer magnifier machine operation for facial type analysis. She is a member of the Canadian Nurses Association, the American Nurses Association and People To People International.

Florence Obanya alson specializes in the health and wellness field. Following her exposure to the Amway Corporation, a health and beauty retailer that provides entrepreneurs with the tools to start their own web-based businesses, she established Business Connections International, an e-commerce firm. The company markets a wide range of healthcare products including Nutrilite, the number one organic supplements globally for over 75 years.
